Nuclear Wear began its journey in the 90s in the Tri-Cities, Washington, under the creative direction of our founder and designer, Bill Voiland. Located near the Hanford Nuclear Site, where two-thirds of America’s plutonium was produced and where the world’s first nuclear production reactors were constructed and operated. Our brand was born from a profound admiration for the groundbreaking achievements of the Manhattan Project.

The original Nuclear Wear captured the bold, eclectic fashion of the 90s, merging it with a tribute to this historic locale. However, as time passed, the brand faded from the spotlight. Now, Eric Strasser has revived Nuclear Wear with a renewed passion for both vintage style and historical significance. Excited to share this unique blend of nostalgia and homage, Eric is bringing Nuclear Wear back into the cultural spotlight.
